Questions
Rewards questions
Is it free to join?
Yes. Joining Rebel Rewards is free.
How many points do I earn, and what are they worth?
The current earning and redemption rates are shown in “Ways to earn” and “Ways to redeem” above.
How do I see my points?
Log in to your Rebel Skincare account using the button at the top of this page.
I have points from your previous rewards program (Smile). Are they still available?
Yes. Your previous Smile Rewards balance is safe and has been kept exactly as it was. It is separate from Rebel Rewards, so it won’t appear in your new rewards balance. To use it, email customercare@rebelskincare.net from the email address on your account, and we’ll send you a discount code for your balance to use on a one-time purchase.
Do new purchases still earn Smile points?
No. New purchases now earn points through Rebel Rewards. Any Smile balance you already have stays available separately and can be redeemed through customer care at any time.
Still have a question?
