30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our skincare. If you're not satisfied with a Rebel Skincare skincare product, you may return it within 30 days of the date you received your order for a refund, even if it has been opened or used.
Who's covered
The guarantee applies to purchases made directly from Rebel Skincare, on rebelskincare.com and at our in-person events. Products bought from third-party sellers or retailers are not covered.
How to start a return
- Email customercare@rebelskincare.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number (or receipt, for in-person purchases) and the product(s) you're returning.
- We'll reply with return instructions and our return address.
- Ship the product(s) back to us. Please contact us before sending a return.
What's refunded
Refunds cover the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can't issue a refund for a return we don't receive.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned product. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Guarantee limit
Satisfaction-guarantee refunds are limited to one refund per product per customer. This limit includes products received through Subscribe & Save, including subscription renewals. It does not affect replacements for damaged or incorrect items, or any rights you have under applicable law.
Subscription orders
Subscribe & Save orders, including renewals, are covered by this guarantee, subject to the one-refund-per-product limit above. A refund does not cancel your subscription. To stop future deliveries, cancel from your account or contact us. See our Subscribe & Save Policy for details.
Exclusions
The following are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee:
- The Rebelband headband
- Free samples and gifts with purchase
- Gift cards
Skin Snapshot consultations are covered by their own terms.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge, including shipping. Replacements are not limited by the satisfaction-guarantee limit.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
