The Terms of Service for Rebel Beauty Studio LLC govern the use of our website, https://rebelskincare.com. By accessing and using our website, customers agree to comply with these terms. This includes respecting intellectual property rights and using our services for lawful purposes only. These terms also cover our policies regarding order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes agreement to any such changes.

Skin Snapshot Terms

Please read these terms before booking the Skin Snapshot, a consultation offered by Rebel Beauty Studio LLC DBA Rebel Skincare ("Rebel Skincare"). By booking or participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational purpose only; not medical advice. The Skin Snapshot provides educational skincare guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from your doctor or another licensed healthcare provider. No medical services or prescriptions are provided, and participating does not create a provider-patient relationship.
2. What's included. One 20-minute, one-on-one consultation with Nikki Matias on Zoom; personalized skincare and product recommendations during your consultation; and a written follow-up summary of your recommendations afterward. Ongoing support is not included unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking and payment. The Skin Snapshot costs $47 (USD). Start by completing the Skin Snapshot intake form, then book and pay through Calendly using the link you receive. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of booking. If you book without completing the intake form, we'll ask you to complete it before your consultation.
4. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice using the link in your Calendly confirmation. Because your appointment time is reserved for you, Skin Snapshot purchases are non-refundable, and a missed appointment without at least 24 hours' notice is forfeited. If Rebel Skincare needs to cancel, or cannot provide your consultation, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the amount you paid. Nothing in this section limits any refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own decisions and any steps you take based on your consultation. Results are not guaranteed; skin is individual.
6. Recording. Skin Snapshot sessions are recorded using Fathom so Nikki can take notes and prepare your written summary, and recordings are kept for consultation records. At the start of your Zoom call, before any recording begins, Nikki will let you know and ask for your consent. Recording starts only after you agree. Because recording is needed to provide your summary, the consultation can't continue without it. If you decline recording, you may receive a full refund, or reschedule if you'd like more time to decide. Please don't record the session yourself without Nikki's permission.
7. Use of recordings. At booking, you acknowledge that selected portions of sessions may be used for educational, promotional or social media purposes. Nikki will also ask for your permission during your consultation. Portions of your session are used only if you say yes, and not every session is used. If you decline, no part of your session will be used for marketing. Content showing your face, voice, name or other identifying information will be used only with your separate written media release. Personal health or medication information you share will never be shared publicly. Our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are stored and how to request deletion.
8. Content. The guidance and materials shared during your Skin Snapshot are for your personal use and may not be resold, taught or used commercially.
9. Privacy. Health information in your intake form is optional. We keep your intake answers and personal information private, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel Skincare is not liable for outcomes related to your use of the guidance provided. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Age requirement. You must be 18 or older to book or participate.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
